Approval from the National Educational Center (Quality Center) typically takes 20 to 25 days. The university receives confirmation of the final acceptance letter, an enrollment certificate, and an invitation letter that must be submitted to the embassy with supporting paperwork for a student visa.

Applicants need to upload the necessary student documentation, submit it, and print off a copy of the submission confirmation. Then, compile the entire paperwork for submission to VFS Georgia, New Delhi, together with the supporting papers as mentioned above.
